This analysis project is to predict Total Compensation for a new employee.
Selected the proper attribute set and used Bayesian linear regression and boosted decision tree regression algorithms to predict the total compensation. Since the coefficient determination value of Bayesian Linear Regression is 1
and it has the lowest error term Bayesian Linear Regression to predict the total compensation
for employee.
