The experiment shows a sample hotel service recommendation model using the aggregated data from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
The experiment is based on the data from hotel scenario. There are two sets of entities used for building the model. These entities are aggregated in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights app. The model demonstrates how built in recommendation modules in Azure machine learning can be used to process data from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. In this experiment, we specifically focus on recommending top hotel services for each customer utilizing customer attributes, i.e. demographics, previous service consumption history and service descriptions, i.e. service cost.
